Product End-of-Life

EtherWAN recognizes that product end-of-life (EOL) milestones often prompt companies to review the impact of EtherWAN products or services on their networks. We’ve listed EtherWAN's product EOL milestones below to assist customers in better managing the transition with a smooth and seamless migration to alternative products.


End of Life Milestones:

Product EOL notice date is the generally the date when the EOL notice is officially published on EtherWAN website.

Last order date is three months after the product EOL notice date. During this three-month period, customers can still place order for the EOL products. However, after this last order date, customer can no longer purchase the EOL product.



Product EOL notice will be published on www. EtherWAN.com under Support/EOL Notices, or at the following direct link: EOL Notice | EtherWAN.

For the precise remaining quantity of EOL products that may be available after the EOL Notice date, please contact your EtherWAN sales representative!




EtherWAN provides customers within the warranty period after the delivery date. Please refer to the Warranty policy: Warranty Policy | EtherWAN.
