Internet Data Centers

Overview

EtherWAN's PD1041 Hardened Surge Protection Device is designed to protect your Ethernet equipment investment. It features two RJ45 ports compatible with pass-through data/ power of Gigabit Ethernet/ Power over Ethernet, and a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 75°C under 100Mbps throughput).

High electromagnetic interference, unstable electricity, and indirect lightning often generate undesired voltage surges toward the network equipment. When a surge occurs, the PD1041 will isolate the surge to the ground, thus the network devices, cables and data communications are free from additional damage. Such damage might cripple your PoE cameras, PoE switches, routers, media converters, and so on.

The PD1041 is fully compliant with CE, FCC, VCCI , UL497B and RoHS requirements with reliable quality. Designed for harsh environments, the PD1041 can be placed where you need it to protect your valuable network equipment.
